Head: This measurement is the total circumference of your head. With tape level, measure the widest point of your head, approximately 1 inch above your eyebrows. Please note that your helmet should fit snugly and not be able to move easily up and down or side to side when the chin strap is fastened. If this occurs, please try a smaller size
